The Home:

Living Areas: Cozy up around the fireplace for movie night in the upstairs living room, or head downstairs to the family room for foosball, darts, board games or your favorite game on the 75-inch TV.

Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to cook for a crowd. A large dining table offers plenty of space to share meals and make memories. Located upstairs on second level.

Outdoor Living: Step out onto the expansive deck to enjoy morning coffee, stargazing, or golden-hour mountain sunsets around the fire pit. The space is perfect for outdoor dining and taking in Grand Lake's iconic fireworks displays on New Year's Eve, 4th of July and other holidays throughout the year.

Things to Know:
Parking: Parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles at any time is available on property. 2 vehicles fit comfortably. 3 vehicles may be tight depending on type. Additional off-site parking is available.

During the winter months (November–March), we ask that all guests travel in a 4WD or AWD vehicle due to snowy mountain conditions and the home's short dirt-road access.
