"Great size for a stay for 2-4 ppl! Small walk to the marina and heart of things in Grand Lake, lovely river spot out back, and pretty comfy beds.Two small things - we had to call the manager (who was very responsive) bc the main lights didn't seem to be working. Turns out there is a certain specific way the switches have to be to turn on. Keep trying! The other thing was that by our check in morning, the trash bin outside was very full and it was hard to get our trash in there."

"Super comfortable, modern (especially for Grand Lake), clean and well equipped. We didn't "cook" and brought our own coffee, snacks and drinks (of course), but kitchen had all we needed. Most amazing thing was how quiet it was - no dogs / minimal traffic. Loved we could walk only a block to the Rep Theater (as well as downtown shops, restaurants and lake)! We'll be back :) "

"This unit was clean and not far at all from the lake, shops and restaurants. Was a little disappointed in the “kitchenette”. Was expecting to be able to cook a meal but was limited with only a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and small refrigerator. The Rapids Restaurant next door was very delicious!"

"We had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, close to Grand Lake (town) without all the business, on beautiful Granby Lake. The views were amazing, all day long. The condo was amazing. Very comfortable furniture and beds and extremely well stocked, with quality products (dishes, cookware, linens, soaps, etc.).
