The beds were very comfortable (firm in the principle bedroom, slightly softer in the bunk bedroom). Just to know: there’s no dishwasher, so expect to hand wash dishes—not terrible at all. The owner responded quickly to all inquiries and seemed happy to help us have a good stay. The huge draw for us is that you can easily walk to the Champlain Valley Fair Grounds.
