Welcome to Beautiful Day, an exceptional Grand Haven getaway perched above Lake Michigan in one of West Michigan's most desirable waterfront settings.
Completely re-engineered and thoughtfully updated, this spacious home was designed around what matters most on vacation: beautiful views, comfortable spaces, room to gather, and easy access to everything that makes Grand Haven special.

THE HOME
The main level centers around a roomy kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather over meals.
Step directly onto the adjacent deck, equipped with a gas grill, articulating umbrella, and outdoor dining space. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, an easy lunch, or dinner outdoors while enjoying the lake setting. Beyond the kitchen, the large living room invites everyone to settle in and relax. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, while French doors open onto a spacious covered deck with comfortable lounge space and incredible Lake Michigan views. The main level also features a private primary bedroom with a king bed and attached full bathroom. Grand Haven beach is just a short walk down and across the street. The property sleeps nine and has parking for three vehicles.

UPSTAIRS
The upper level provides three additional bedrooms with flexible accommodations for adults, kids, and teens.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- King bedroom
- Queen-over-queen bunk room
- Twin-over-full bunk beds with a twin trundle in a pass-through sleeping area
A second living area upstairs gives your group another place to spread out, watch a movie, play games, or relax away from the main living space.
From the upper living area, step onto the home's second expansive deck. Enjoy sunshine during the day, refreshing lake breezes in the afternoon, and spectacular evening views as the sun sets over Lake Michigan.

Outdoor living is one of the highlights of Beautiful Day: The two expansive decks give you multiple places to enjoy the setting—from quiet morning coffee overlooking the water to relaxed evenings with friends and family.
During summer, the decks provide an unforgettable vantage point for watching Grand Haven's famous fireworks illuminate the sky over Lake Michigan.

PARKING
There is plenty of parking to accommodate 3 cars. The parking area is clearly marked with lines at both ends of the property. One spot north of the tram is a pull-in spot; vehicles parked here must be pulled all the way in, and bumpers should not hang over the road. Spots on the south side of the tram are PARALLEL PARKING ONLY. Always ensure your cars do not overflow into the street.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
