"My siblings and I chose this property for our annual siblings weekend. The cabin was clean, welcoming, and provided everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. We went into town for dinner, went across the street and hiked the trails at Castle rock state Park, and caught several fish right from the deck of the cabin. Would recommend this cabin to anyone seeking a pleasant place to gather and relax."

"Fabulous cabin on the river! Awesome nature views and sunsets were amazing. Whole front of house including the master bedroom is all windows for breathtaking views. Relaxing, peaceful, hot dogs and s'mores by the campfire along the lake....can't beat it!"

"I normally stay in a hotel when coming to the area to see my parents. This property was so much better than a hotel! It’s updated, clean, well-stocked, and safe. A great park around the corner for a nice walk and fresh air. Dawn and Keith were responsive and great hosts! I highly recommend."

"My family rented the King Estate Manor for a long weekend and found it to be a perfect spot for meeting up, breaking bread and getting a good night’s rest in between the busy-ness of wedding festivities. The home is definitely “rustic” but very clean and comfortable. Two downstairs bedrooms and bath were perfect for our elderly parents; while the upstairs bedrooms and bath were perfect for us more limber adults. "Nice place to stay. Hotel very clean and the location is perfect on the scenic river. Only one concern though, the wifi did work, but it was very slow. I even went from the room to the lobby and dining room, but still was slow. I rely heavily on wifi in the evening for the nature of my trip. Overall though, a great place to stay. **The Blackhawk Pit across the parking lot is amazing!!** "
