You can enjoy your sea view and listen to the waves from the living room, the pool, the kitchen and your bed: you are facing the sea in a soothing place calling for the contemplation of the ocean, the boats, the often fabulous sunrises and sunsets and the whale season ....

The apartment is designed for 2 adults with a surface area of 60 m2. The bedroom is 20 m2 and has a double four-poster bed, a desk, a television and storage space. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a large oven and an island with ceramic hob, allowing you to cook facing the sea so you don't miss any of this sumptuous spectacle. Meals will be taken on a table in the extension of the island.
Your private 8 m2 swimming pool, inserted in the living room, has 2 punch bars, submerged seats, allowing you to enjoy your favorite drink while contemplating the sunsets. If you want to relax even more, a simple press of a button will trigger a powerful balneotherapy to massage you.
The living room or the sunbeds allow you to sit in the shade or in the sun, always facing the sea.

The bathroom has a courtyard facing the large Italian shower.
A shaded tiled bench, facing the sea, allows you to put your beach belongings.... This bench and the private parking are the only common areas of the 2 apartments.
