Home offers full, well-stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer, one-car attached garage (will fit standard to large size SUV), plus one driveway parking spot, indoor fireplace, comfortable living area, free Wi-Fi, satellite DirecTV, main floor master with attached bath, spacious game room with foosball table plus plenty of room for your family. Also includes outdoor fire-pit, seating area and private hot tub.

Absolutely no smoking, marijuana or drugs in the house. Pets are NOT allowed on property without prior approval from owner (dogs only, maximum of two) and payment of mandatory $100/dog cleaning fee.

Home is less than one mile by car to Base Camp of Granby Ranch.

Local Area:
Granby Ranch is three miles from McDonald's, Subway, Domino's Pizza, a liquor store, grocery store with pharmacy, and Starbucks. The town of Granby is five miles from the house which offers other local stores, restaurants, banking, and activities. Devil's Thumb Ranch is a short 15-mile drive, Hot Sulphur Springs is 15 miles, Winter Park and Grand Lake are both 20-mile drives, and the west/Grand Lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is 23 miles from our house. All these areas offer year-round activities such as horse rides, hiking, shopping, dining, golfing, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, cross country skiing, tubing, and many other tourist activities.

Guest Access:
The entire house, attached single-car garage (can fit mid to large SUV) and patio areas are yours to use. House is mere steps from Kicking Horse ski lift and ski run which connects easily over to main ski area. Only a couple of minutes by car to the main ski area.
