Whether your ideal Rocky Mountain getaway involves skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, golf, or sightseeing through Rocky Mountain National Park, this modern mountain townhome is the perfect four season retreat for your family and friends to enjoy. The location simply can't be beat!

We're delighted for you and yours to relax, unplug, and create some memories in and around our brand new, modern mountain home. Some of our favorite features are the heated garage, in-floor radiant heat, open concept floor plan, multiple living areas, and fully stocked kitchen (with quality kitchen tools!). Here's an overview of the different spaces you'll enjoy during your stay:

[First Floor]

Garage: Oversized, heated garage fits 2 large vehicles comfortably with room for outdoor gear. Room for 2 more vehicles in the driveway.

Mud Room: Built in bench, coat rack, and cubbies to organize all your boots, hats, gloves, and coats.

Laundry Room: High quality, LG washer and dryer should you need to do any laundry during your stay.

Den: Oversized queen sized American Leather sectional sleeper sofa with high density memory foam tempurpedic mattress. American Leather sleeper sofas are far and away THE most comfortable sleeper sofas on the market! If someone in your group needs to use it, they won't feel like they're getting the shaft. Den also has a 55" QLED TV with Vizio 5.1 surround sound system. It rocks! Or, snuggle up with a blanket and a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning sunlight and beautiful views of Byers Peak.

Full Bathroom 1: Serves the first floor den and bunk room. Plenty of room for families and use, and a tub for bath time! High end finishes and fixtures. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Linen closet with extra linens and towels for hot tub.

Bunk Room: 4 twin size bunk beds for the kids (or adults) with comfortable, memory foam mattresses.

[Second Floor]

Main Living Area: The main living area is on the 2nd floor to take advantage of the incredible views of Byers Peak, the Continental Divide, and the tops of the highest peaks in RMNP. It's an open concept floor plan, so your group can really enjoy being together. The large leather sectional has space for everyone to snuggle up and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. The large dining table seats 8, with room for 3 more at the bar.

Patio: 7 person hot tub with gorgeous views! 4 Adirondack chairs with side tables. Natural gas grill.

Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare healthy and hearty meals to fuel your outdoor adventures. We love to cook, but hate cheap kitchen tools, so we've stocked this kitchen with the tools we regularly need to prepare high quality, delicious meals! We also love good coffee, so we've topped the kitchen off with a Bonavita coffee maker and Encore burr grinder. Kids high chair available upon request.

Powder Bath: Easy access right off the main living area.

Guest Room: Queen size bed, comfortable memory foam mattress and bedding. Walk in closet with shelving and storage. Has it's own full bathroom. Beautiful views.

Full Bathroom 2: Convenient access from the guest room. Full bathroom with shower/tub combo. High end finishes and fixtures. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Master Bedroom: Large room with king size bed with comfortable memory foam mattress and bedding. Beautiful views. Has its own bathroom.

Master Bathroom: Luxurious master bath with high end finishes and fixtures. Walk in, oversized shower with additional hand shower wand with adjustable spray patterns. Double vanity. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
