You can't get any closer to the lift! Just step off the patio and you're right there!

Come and stay at our beautiful, cozy & updated 2 bed / 2 bath condo on the ground floor level of Granby Basecamp One. It can comfortably sleep a total of 6 adults.

LAYOUT:
The condo has an open floorplan with beautiful views of the mountain right outside the window! The sectional couch in the living room can be turned into a full size bed for 2 people - perfect to have a restful night after cuddling up in front of the gas fireplace.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped if you decide to cook your own meals during your stay. Keurig coffeemaker with drip pot, dishes (also for kids), utensils, pots & pans, toaster, kettle, slowcooker etc. are all there for you to be used.

In the primary bedroom, you will find a comfortable King size bed with a newer Casper Hybrid mattress, 2 nightstands, a dresser with a TV, and a small desk. Wake up and see the mountain right outside your window! And for those hot summer nights, there is an AC unit in this bedroom as well (summer use only).
The ensuite bathroom has double sinks, a large shower and a separate bathtub - perfect to relax after a day of skiing!

The second bedroom sleeps 3 people in its twin bunk bed with pull out trundle, and there is also a travel crib for the little ones. Cool the room down with the evaporative cooler and fan if opening the windows at night isn't enough.
Across the hall you will find the second full bathroom with a single sink, a bathtub, and lots of shelving behind the door.

POOL, HOT TUB & RANCH HALL ACCESS:
All short term renters staying in a home must purchase a $20 day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall (building by the pool), to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present a VRBO reservation confirmation with address of the home.

Skiing

Weather permitting, the season ranges from mid December through March.
Base Lodge offers everything to make a family ski experience ideal, including a children’s center snow school facility, a retail and rental area, a dining hall and Blue Bird Bistro, a full service restaurant. Also at the base area, Ranch Hall provides access to a heated outdoor pool & hot tub (additional fee).

Bike Park
When the snow melts in spring, Ski Granby Ranch is quickly transformed into one of North America's premier mountain biking destinations. Bike Granby Ranch has become renowned for its world-class mountain biking opportunities and has hosted the USA Cycling National Championships in 2009 and 2010 and hosted the Mountain States Cup for the regional qualifying competition. Riders have the option of accessing Bike Granby Ranch’s purpose-built alpine biking trails via chairlift or discovering our vast cross-country trail network starting right outside Base Lodge. Boasting trails for riders of all ability levels, the Bike Granby Ranch Bike Park is sure to get the endorphins kicking for everyone.

Golf
Open since summer of 2001, Golf Granby Ranch boasts one of the largest practice facilities in Colorado with a double-ended driving range. The course weaves gracefully along the Fraser River and has been skillfully designed to showcase breathtaking mountain views. Drives will soar at an elevation of 8,100 feet on this par 72, 7,290 yard course. The golf season generally spans May through October depending upon the weather.

River/Fishing
Private access to the meandering Fraser River is every angler’s dream. Granby Ranch contains over three miles of pristine gold medal trout fishing on the Fraser. This private water is divided into guided and nonguided sections.
