Bedroom #2 has a queen platform bed with a new 10IN hybrid mattress, as well as a full bath with tub/shower combo & a walk-in closet. This room does have a sliding patio door attached, allowing access to the balcony & outdoor area. The sectional couch is a great sleeping option for (1) child as well. There are (2) TV's in the unit, both of which have streaming/app capabilities. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, including a newer Whirlpool range, dishwasher, microwave, & refrigerator. Dog: Waste pickup & leash law on property. Barking inside unit is strictly prohibited, no dog can be left in unit or on balcony unattended at anytime.

DOGS:
We love dogs but have some rules. In addition to the pet waste pickup, leash, and supervision requirements, should your dog(s) chew or ruin any property, or potty indoors, the following fees apply: additional $75.00 cleaning fee, + (owner discretion) 1 night fee to allow for cleaning and possible disruption of next guest. We allow (2) dogs, though they do needed to be added to your reservation PRIOR to arrival. Should you bring any dogs not on reservation, you will be responsible for the following: $45 pet deposit + $75.00 late-notice cleaning fee.
