Newly built, quiet duplex vacation home with a beautiful garden. There are lounge chairs for sunbathing and a charcoal grill to round off the evening with a nice glass of wine and grilled food. In addition, you may bring your pet by prior arrangement with the owners.
On the upper floor is the living room with a cozy sitting area and a TV with German channels, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring a 4-burner gas stove, a small oven, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker.
On the lower floor is the bedroom with a large double bed and a closet for your belongings. From here, you have direct access to the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
From the vacation rental, you can quickly reach the mountains for hiking or get to the beach in Medano in about 20 minutes. Shopping options are also nearby—it’s about a 10-minute drive to Granadilla or San Isidro, where you’ll find several supermarkets. There’s also a wide variety of good restaurants serving traditional Canarian cuisine in our area, all within a 10-kilometer radius.
When you pick up the keys, you’ll be greeted by the landlord and given a brief orientation.
