Casa Abuelo Juan is an accessible 80 m² holiday villa in Granadilla, ideal for guests with reduced mobility. The villa offers free WiFi, air conditioning, an outdoor pool, and a garden with a barbecue, plus free public parking right in front. It accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, TV with cable and satellite channels, a fully equipped private kitchen, heating, fan, TV, WiFi suitable for video calls, washing machine, and drying space. Enjoy breakfast on your own uncovered private terrace. Smoking is not allowed indoors.



The shared outdoor pool, inspired by the designs of Canarian artist César Manrique, mimics a beach and can be enjoyed year-round thanks to the privileged climate, though it is not heated. There is also an indoor jacuzzi, garden areas with sun and shade, lawn with loungers, chill-out area, and barbecue. It's perfect for a refreshing escape, while the shared garden offers a peaceful setting to relax. Prepare meals on the shared barbecue and take a swim. There is a shared gym area and outdoor shower.



Beaches are nearby and towels are provided. A crib is available upon request for babies. The property is in a quiet area on the outskirts, ideal for relaxing, 9 km from the airport, 25 km from leisure areas and water parks, shopping centers 10 minutes away, and beaches like El Médano or La Tejita. Perfect for hiking, water sports, winery visits, and excursions to Teide. Free parking and public transport stops are outside.



The outdoor areas are shared with guests from the other house (Casa Abuelo Manuel). Events and parties are not allowed. Nudism is not permitted in common areas. Please respect other guests' quiet hours.
