It includes a comfortable sofa, 50" Smart TV, and split air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The kitchen is modern, fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and small appliances (capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster), ideal for both short and long stays.

Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
