Flott hotell, god mat, bra service og flotte golf fasiliteter. Anbefales!"

"Food average, little to do in the area, at times it felt like we were the only guests, but when guests in rooms nearby a lot of noise of talking and TV came into our room."

"Fantastic rooms. Huge! 2 floors. Breakfast is ok. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel in case you want to self cater. It’s not walking distance from beach and central area but there is a free bus and taxi is cheap. Staff at the hotel are awesome and make you feel very special from the moment you walk in. Cleaning crew might be a bit noisy in the morning but it’s just a minor detail. If you want peace and quiet, choose the rooms from 12 to 20. All the others face directly the...

"What kind of all-inclusive doesn’t have some type of food available after dinner service? Why does the bar have to close at 12:00? Can’t one person stay on to serve the people that want to stay up a little later. Why can’t the kitchen staff make a decent hamburger? Bar and drink menu is an A+. Kitchen quality and flexibility is a C-minus."

No entanto qualidade/ preço parece-me uma óptima escolha.

"I'm going to say the good things about the hotel at the end, but the low evaluation is mostly because the hotel doesn't have a 24 hours reception and the staff doesn't seem to have had proper training. The major error was about the cab that took me back to the airport. It was in a very late time (3:30am) so in the day before I asked them to confirm the booking and to give me a phone number in case something wrong happened (as there would be nobody to help me at 3:30am if the taxi was not there)....

"Not a four star, at least not in what comes to service. Not understanding that the front desk is the face of the house and the first impression the guest receives is key is a mistake. The girl that takes over on the afternoons/nights, should really not be there. Getting answers to questions like "that's not my business, i'm just doing reception, ask someone tomorrow" is a bit too much, makes you feel unwelcome and antagonized. Not what you want on holidays. More, a four star without a 24 front...
