"We were very disappointed with the condition of the sofa bed. Underneath it was a buildup of garbage, hair, and dust, and the surface itself had visible food, hair, and dust on it. It was completely unusable, and we had 5 guests so it made the sleeping accommodations extremely uncomfortable. Also we weren’t allowed to use Fireplace or Laundry machine. Tried to reach out to host after our stay about the sofa bed but got no reply. Other than that the location was good."

"The hot tub jets never worked the whole time we were there and even when we called to get them fixed it never got fixed. The parking lot spaces are very tight if you have a large vehicle. What did they think everyone is bringing a Prius on ski trips? Location is great next to Village and near the shuttle stop. Comfort wise the unit has three bathrooms so it made it very easy for the whole crew to get ready."

"Very clean very well decorated cozy two bedroom, two bath unit with comfy beds. Great communication from host, easy check in. Kitchen was very well stocked. Big TV with lots of streaming and cable. Nice location near bus stop and good secure free parking. One thing to be aware of is floor heating system...easy to cool place down by opening windows...but takes a little time to figure out thermostats and no AC. Good value and good location. We enjoyed our trip."

"Great location to the slopes with an easy free shuttle ride, or a pleasant 20 minute easy stroll. Host is so friendly and helpful. Home is so welcoming and a great place to relax and enjoy family time. The Chalet restaurant is a must and only a 4 minute walk. We stayed with our 2 teen daughters and they loved the double bunks. "

"Estive no mês de Maio/26, a recepção estava fechada devido a baixa temporada comunicação era por email ou presencial em um hotel relativamente próximo ,ou via o telefone no quarto. Adorei a estadia , cama bem confortável, cozinha completa , bastante espaço no geral. Máquina de lavar e secar roupa dentro da acomodação. Um pouco afastado da Villa Principal da cidade , caminhando certa de 30 minutos mas tem ponto de ônibus na porta do hotel fora de temporada gratuito ida e volta ao centro o que ajudou demais. ,indico e voltaria a me hospedar numa próxima viagem . Lugar bem tranquilo ."
