The apartment is located on the first floor and features a south-facing balcony overlooking old fruit trees and the Waxenstein mountain range. Another balcony is situated on the opposite side of the apartment, in front of the two bedrooms.

You will find two spacious bedrooms, each with a 180x200cm bed, and two en-suite bathrooms with natural stone showers.

The living and dining area includes a fully equipped kitchenette offering every convenience. A comfortable corner bench with ample seating for four completes this space.

The adjacent living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a traditional-style cupboard, invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings.
