- two bedrooms, each with comfortable box-spring beds (180x200 cm) and smart TVs

- a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet

- a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area

- a living room with a large sofa, a 65" OLED smart TV, and a sound system for cozy movie nights

- a utility/laundry room with an additional large refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, and sink

- a cloakroom

The upper floor comprises the following rooms:

- three bedrooms (one with a double bed 180x200 cm, one with a double bed 200x200 cm, and one with two single box-spring beds 90x200 cm). One of the three bedrooms also has a 55" smart TV.

- a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet

- two balconies

In summer, the terrace is furnished with garden furniture/sun loungers and a charcoal grill.

There is also a covered seating area with a table and chairs. Garden available.
