Cozy attic apartment at the edge of the forest

Our cozy mansard apartment with 55 sqm, offers enough space for 2 - 3 persons. The large living room has a dining area and a separate seating area with a sofa bed. From here you have access to the large covered balcony with free mountain views and seating. The small kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. The apartment also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, enough space is provided. In addition to the bedroom, all rooms are heated by underfloor heating.
WLAN connection is possible for a fee.

We would like to inform you that some new houses are in the construction phase in the neighborhood, these will soon be completed. The view of the mountains is unrestricted.

Urige Dachgeschosswohnung
Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Vom Balkon und Wohnzimmer, hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Hausinhaberinnen sind super zuvorkommend und kümmern sich um alles was man möchte. Von der Ferienhausunterkunft konnte man schnell viele schöne Spots erreichen.

Charmante Wohnung
Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles heil und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist der große Balkon mit Couch und Sitzecke und einem tollen Blick auf die Berge. Die Betreuung durch unsere Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und uns Bahnfahrern wurde sogar beim Einkauf und Bahnhofstransfer geholfen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
4,5 Sterne, ich runde natürlich auf auf 5 :) Ja, die Sauberkeit hat mir sehr gut gefallen, obwohl die Möbel und die Einrichtung etwas älter waren, war alles funktional. Der Ausblick war großartig, und ich konnte sogar eine Nacht auf der Couch auf dem Balkon verbringen, man darf nur nicht als zu groß sein. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer fand ich toll, da es eine härtere Auflage hatte als die üblichen weichen Matratzen. Das war gut für meinen Rücken nach der Besteigung der Zugspitze. Ein Kritikpunkt, den ich erwähnen muss, ist, dass es einen Hund gibt, der hin und wieder bellt. Das könnte Menschen, die Angst vor Hunden haben, stören. Allerdings ist dieses Problem gelöst, da man eine Klingel mit in die Wohnung bekommt. Wenn man sie betätigt, wird der Hund eingesperrt, sodass man ungestört alles erledigen kann. Danach wird er natürlich wieder frei gelassen. Man kann es auch als Vorteil betrachten, denn so hat man einen Wachhund im Hof. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist Top! Die Dame im Haus ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, versucht eine Lösung zu finden für jedes Anliegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Nette, freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Alles war so, wie beschrieben. Tolle ruhige Lage und einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Zugspitze. In der Wohnung ist alles nötige für den Alltag vorhanden. Gerne kommen wir wieder :) Danke für alles!

FeWo in Grainau
Wir reisen seit vielen Jahren nach Grainau zu unserer Tochter. Diese FeWo war nicht weit weg von ihr. Sie hatte alles was man brauchte, im Bad gibt es leider nur eine Wanne, aber kein Problem. Ich hatte Probleme beim erreichen der FeWo, da sie im 2.Stock lag.

Die Betreiberin der Wohnung war sehr freundlich. Es war eine Baustelle nebenan, die aber kaum gestört hat, da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren. Nachts konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. In der Wohnung war alles erforderliche vorhanden, wenn auch nicht immer auf dem modernsten Stand.
