Amazing Farm House !!!

Leading from the designated lawn parking bay guests walk up stairs to the verandah. The farm house has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, an office, an open-plan lounge, dining room, bar, kitchen area, scullery and a verandah.

The closed-in verandah with a built-in braai area is magnificent. A large wooden table with eight chairs and a glass top table also with eight chairs form a charming outdoor seating area. The view from here over the farm is stunning. Leading down stairs is a swimming pool. The floors of the verandah have Terra Cotta tiles.

At the entrance to the house from the verandah is a small entrance area comprises an attractively painted chest of drawers with a mirror above it. To the left of the entrance is a bedroom and to the right is the lounge.

Bedroom 1:

This bedroom has an appealing view of the farm and swimming pool through large glass windows. The bedroom has a double bed with a lovely wood headboard and a matching bedside unit on either side of the bed.

An upholstered ottoman is positioned at the end of the bed. A single bed and large attractive built-in cupboards form part of the décor in this room. The bedroom is carpeted. The pictures on the wall are most appealing.

The bathroom: The modern bathroom has an attractive built-in basin cabinet with an awesome mosaic tiled large mirror above the basin, a toilet and a modern bath with a shower that is attached to the wall above the bath. A glass panel is attached to the bath. Toiletries are provided.
The Lounge:
The lounge is stunning with two sections. The one section has a large coffee table, two leather armchairs, a leather couch and long upholstered couch. The other section has a variety of armchairs of which some are upholstered and others leather. A coffee table and loose mat also form part of this section. A flat screen TV which offers the full DSTV is attached to the wall above the amazing fire place. Old fashioned suitcases form part of the décor here and toys are stored inside of them.

The light fitting in the lounge, dining and kitchen area are stunning! The floors of the open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge have large tiles. The buck trophies, paintings and pictures on the walls are a focal point in this area.

The Bar area:
Six upholstered tall standing chairs are positioned around the bar counter. The stone wall of the counter is visually most appealing. Display shelves are attached to the wall behind the bar counter. A built-in cupboard unit is positioned below the shelves and incorporates a small round basin.

Dining room and Kitchen:
The very spacious kitchen has a wide range of attractive white-wash built-in cupboards which incorporate an ultra-modern stove with a hob. The mosaic tile display on the wall at the oven is visually very attractive. Two fridges are provided in the kitchen. A large attractive island is positioned in the centre of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for self- catering purposes. Leading through beautiful doors from the kitchen is the scullery. The scullery consists of built-in cupboards. A washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are provided.

A long wooden table with upholstered benches positioned around the table forms an inviting eating area. A wooden side board is positioned against the wall.

From the dining area guests go through doors down the passage. Down the passage are two bedrooms, a shared bathroom and the en-suite main bedroom.

The two bedrooms are similar in design and décor. The bedrooms consist of two bunk beds which incorporate a bookcase and a single bed. The second bedroom has a desk and chair as well. The bedrooms have large windows and a glass door leading out onto a grass patch. The large attractive built-in cupboards allow for ample packing space for clothes.

All the bathrooms in the house have the same mirror design. The large mirror has a gorgeous mosaic tile design around the mirror. This is a focal point in the bathroom. The shared bathroom has a separate toilet, a modern attractive basin with a mirror above the basin, a glass door shower and a bath. Toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms.

The main bedroom:
The bedroom has two single beds positioned next to each other and can also be converted into a king size bed. A unique pretty beside unit is positioned on either side of the bed. An air-conditioner is attached to the wall above the bed. Three armchairs and a coffee table form a cosy seating area. Two bookcases with a wide range of books form part of the décor in this area. Glass doors lead out into a garden area with a built-in braai.

Leading from the bedroom guests walk through a dressing room to the bathroom. The lovely spacious bathroom has a separate toilet, a large glass door shower, a double built-in basin unit with a mirror above and amazing modern spa bath.

All furniture, décor, accessories, light fittings and wall hangings are stunning and are chosen with great care. They are used to great effect throughout the house.
