Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Queen size bed, with mounted overhead reading lights. Closet (hangers included). Receives most lighting late afternoon/sunset.
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Queen size bed, dresser. Closet (hangers included). Receives most lighting early morning.
Living Room 1 (Downstairs): 2 sofas, coffee table, sitting bench, blankets. Includes mounted TV, with access to live TV and streaming. Receives most lighting early morning.
Dining Room: Seats 6, with one side being bench style, comes set with dinnerware, wine bar which included wine/champagne glasses.
Kitchen: Large counter space. All stainless steel appliances, gas range, dishwasher, cookware & glassware, seasonings/spices, K-cup coffee maker, toaster, Instapot, air fryer.
Office: Executive Desk (pens and paper provided), bookcase (with books available), additional computer monitor, location for wifi router, amenity closet.
Laundry Room: stainless steel washer & dryer, Detergent, scent boosters, oxi-clean, and dryer sheets.
Living Room 2 (Up Stairs): Sectional, Includes mounted TV, PS4, blankets, access to live TV and streaming.

All doors for each room listed above will be locked for your security. If guest staying within the master would like to access a closet for hanging clothes, there is a second closet within the master bathroom that will be accessible!
Other things to note
The home comes equipped with a Ring doorbell that does monitor live audio and video interactions within the vicinity of doorbell. The home is also equipped with 4 outdoor cameras that monitors the exterior only.
The home also comes equipped with Amazon Alexa which do not record audio/video, however the devices are capable of responding to you if engaged. Guest can enable/disable the microphone for use during stay if desired.
