Welcome to Glasswater! A serene lakefront retreat with a private boat ramp, dock, cozy seating areas, a fire pit for evening gatherings, and stunning sunset views reflecting on the water. BRAND NEW TWO STORY WRAP AROUND DECK, Patio, and Hot Tub! Come enjoy this Possum Kingdom Lakefront cabin and enjoy some of the best sunsets on the lake. The large yard is perfect for entertaining with plenty of space for the kids to run around and play, with a massive new deck with tons of outdoor seating. Walk out the back door and enjoy fishing, kayaking and sliding into the lake from the dock. Bring your Boat and Jet Ski's as this property has a beautiful dock and private on-site boat ramp for easy lake access. Relax in the brand new outdoor hot tub after a long day of playing or fishing on the lake. The large covered patio with Weber Gas grill is perfect for entertaining and family cookouts. The built in bar and seating for 12 provides plenty of space to enjoy dinner right on the water. The patio is equipped with blue tooth speakers so you can connect and listen to your favorite music while enjoying a lakeside meal.

Inside you will find a newly remodeled home that sleeps 8 adults with room for 10 with kids in the loft. The kids will fall in love with their own private loft with foam mattresses to add extra sleeping space.

Wonderful place!

The outdoor space was fantastic with a large yard and lots of space for hanging out outside. We even got to see the cows and horses wandering down the street. We grilled almost every night and they provided plenty of propane and grilling tools. The private dock, boat launch and boat slip made it an ideal place for our vacation. The boat ramp was a bit slippery so just use caution when walking on it. The water was warm and the kids absolutely loved the floating swim pad. We did not use the hot tub. The house is well stocked and the air conditioning works well. The only thing we missed was a fly swatter since they seem to get in even when being careful with the doors. Overall, this is a fantastic property on a beautiful lake. The owners are also extremely nice and very responsive.

Loved this property! Went to Graford for a Rocked B Ranch baseball tournament and this property gave us a vacation when we werenā€™t playing ball. The kids loved the kayaking & fishing. Outdoor space for grilling and hanging out was great for all! Plenty of space to accommodate guests! Saving this property for later if we return to the area!

Work Trip

Great location for a work trip with peers. We set up shop at the dining room table all day, but we were able to take our meals outdoors and enjoy the beautiful setting. The outdoor space was our favorite.

Fun on the Lake

Very nice property on the water! We had a lot of fun fishing and kayaking with our teenage boys. House was clean and outside area was the best around. Would recommend staying for anyone thatā€™s at Rocker B.

Great place for family fun!

This place was very compact, but it boasts lots of room indoors for 7 adults and 4 children. The clincher making this property so appealing is the outside. It had a wrap around deck on top and bottom, a wood fire pit, a propane fire, a bar with a big television and plenty of seating, a grill, and a hot tub, lots of yard space, a boat dock, and a slideā€¦what a wonderful place for family to enjoy the lake. We did not use the hot tub, but made good use of everything else. The only downside is the sprinkler makes a wet spot on the patio that gets slippery if you donā€™t sweep it off and let it dry, and the concrete dock is slippery as well. BUT those things are just part of nature. Try this placeā€¦you will love it. Host was GREAT to work with as well.

Wonderfuk stay

The house was clean and cozy. The view and access to the lake is impeccable (honestly was the reason we chise the place and the main reason we loved it). The boat ramp and dock were super handy. The outdoor amenities offered lots of family fun and the neighbors were very friendly but not overly intrusive. The hosts were great and went above and beyond by shipping a forgotten car floormat back to me after the trip. Overall would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here in a quieter part of the lake. The home was absolutely beautiful and comfortable for two couples given the recent updates. We really felt at home just lounging around and enjoying the views. We highly recommend staying here for the views, comforts, and welcoming hosts. 5 Stars

Sunsets galore!!

First, I want to say the sunsets at this condo are to die for! We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space, the neighbors are friendly, and the boat dock made it so easy to be on the lake within minutes. We did have to put the boat in at the public dock due to low water levels but not a big deal. It was 10 minutes away. This area of the lake is very quiet and away from the lake crowd, especially on a business weekend. So peaceful at night with a fire, music and glass of wine! Mornings consisted of coffee on the porch and watching families of geese cruise through the yard. We even had a few cows pass down the road which was cool. We used the paddleboard and kayak on our last night. A few things that would have made our stay even better .... we did a lot of cooking so pot holders and a larger skillet would be nice in the kitchen. Additional hand towels and kitchen towels. While we were washing them, we didn't have a spare. The condo needs a deep clean. The floors were vacuumed, but dirty. The couch was large and comfy but had a few spill stains from previous guests. Also, the ROKU was outdated and didn't allow us to sign into any of our apps (Hulu, Netflix, etc). Overall, a great weekend. Thank you!
