"Ótima localização e acomodações com café da manhã muito bem servido"

"Hotel has a city view and a sea view. The hotel was extremely hot, however the air conditioner was not working. I complained with the reception and the suggestion was to open the window, however it is noisy and impossible to sleep. The hotel people suggested to use a earplugs to sleep (so creative!!!). Hotel could be offered a room at the see side; instead offered a earplug!! Another problem: I needed to checkout at 6am, but there was no hot water at this time; hotel said to wait a few minutes with the water wasting, because the heater is turned off during the night. I left water wasting for more than 10min, but no hot water!! So, if you need to take a shower at 6am, do not count on this. "

"Hotel em prédio antigo, mas muito bom, próximo da estação de trem , ônibus e pontos turísticos, consegue faelzer tudo a pé. Quarto e banheiros bons, execeto o box que é pequeno. Café ótimo. "
