"Property was lovely and clean inside. We found it cramped due to the amount of furniture, especially on the deck area. Light in kitchen was faulty and flashing, light in master bedroom didn't work. We were unaware there was step downs to 2 of the bedrooms and when walking in with luggage I took a hard fall to my knee. The step downs need to be made clear and also advertised as my sister took a fall the next day and has cut her arm and elbow. Otherwise we did have an enjoyable stay and Gracetown...

"It was a perfect cosy hideaway which met our needs. Wonderful"

"The bush block is beautiful and our dogs loved exploring, though the house is old and very cold. I contacted Martin twice about the split system heating not working. "Excellent"

"Fantastic renovated house in an exceptional location. Perfect family getaway spot."

"Whale of a time suited our needs perfectly. It is a lovely, well appointed home and its perfect for a couple or a family."

"The house was a great size and set up well. Didn't think it would matter but clearly it did for us - having no back yard. We thought being winter it wouldn't matter as much but it did. My daughter is an auditor with the Health Department and was horrified...

"very functional, comfortable and well equipped unit. Spotless and plenty of storage space for a relatively small unit. The area is very quiet during the day and especially night time. The agent used by the owner is very responsive to any query you may have."

"Clean tidy house, great location "

"We had a lovely stay at the property however a few hiccups with check in and the cleanliness of the inside of the home. Host was great and very responsive to my messages which made the stay great. "
