The villa promises you space with an overall surface of 150m², 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites, 3 bathrooms. An outdoor area of 500m². A facility to park your car during your stay.

This villa is ideal for calm people, respectful of nature and the environment. For families we provide you with a travel cot, a high chair and a deckchair for the little ones. Parties are not allowed as well as our animal friends for the comfort of all travelers.

You benefit from a fully equipped kitchen allowing gastronomes to share good culinary moments. You can also enjoy a raclette evening, a pancake party. To perk up a juicer you will mix a cocktail of seasonal fruit.

This villa allows you to spend each season with an activity, a moment to live according to your desires. For winter or fall evenings, you can watch your favorite series on Netflix, play hero guitar on the WII, with children or with your friends you can enjoy a game of good pay, cluedo or even a good tarot. Let yourself be guided and enjoy the moment with ease.

For your summer or spring days a 6x3 m swimming pool is at your disposal to share long summer evenings with background music (for everyone's respect). And if you take the opportunity to cook a sea bream on the plancha or to cook a good rib of beef on the barbecue that you will enjoy around a good table on the outdoor terrace.

The location of the villa is perfect for you to discover the region, to enjoy the hiking side but also the beach side with Palavas-les Flots, Carnon, ... nearby.
