Just 350 meters from the beach, this cozy and modernly furnished two-room apartment is located on the first floor, with approximately 48 m² of living space and a sunny south-facing balcony. This very bright and family-friendly apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (max. 3 adults + 1 toddler). A separate bedroom and a 1.30 x 2.15 m sofa bed provide space for 4 adults. Conveniently located in front of the building is a lockable outdoor storage room that offers space for bicycles or similar items. You are also welcome to use the two 28-inch city bikes, which are available to you free of charge. The apartment is assigned a free parking space (No. 17). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.

We’d be happy to provide bed linens or towels for you. Bed linens are €20.00 per person, towels are €10.00 per person, or you can opt for a linen package for €25.00 per person.

The final cleaning fee includes a starter kit* and utilities.
* Starter kit: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand if applicable), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for providing your own supplies during your stay.

• Bedroom: Double bed with two single mattresses (80x200 cm), junior bed (70x160 cm), narrow mirrored cabinet, dresser, nightstands, lamps

• Children’s equipment: 1 travel crib (60x120 cm) including a separate mattress, as well as 1 pillow (35x55 cm) and 1 comforter (110x125 cm); 1 children’s high chair and 1 baby high chair

• Storage room: vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket, etc.

• Bathroom: no window, shower, sink, toilet, mirror, cabinet, and shelf, towel rack

• Balcony: South-facing with table, chairs, and umbrella#

• Outdoor storage room: Provides space for bicycles or similar items; two 28-inch city bikes are available here free of charge

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
