Ideally located 12 km from Dax, close to the thermal baths of Saint Paul les Dax and 32 km from the beaches, this traditional half-timbered house benefits from an ideal location to recharge your batteries, get some fresh air, and set off to discover the natural and wild Landes. The 7000m² fully enclosed park is a magnificent place of adventure and discovery for young children who can frolic in complete safety and a space of relaxation and tranquility for all. Outdoor games, table tennis, a barbecue and a beautiful and large swimming pool (10m x 4m to share with the owners, secured by a roller shutter, open from mid-June to mid-September) as well as many natural species await you. You will be seduced by the architecture, the level of comfort as well as the volumes of this house. This cottage is adjoining the owners. However, it benefits from a private entrance and a terrace without vis-à-vis. This seasonal rental offers on the ground floor a kitchen bathed in light by the glass roof (induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave), a cozy living room (TV, WIFI), a storeroom. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160x200 and 2 beds 90x190) each with its own private shower room / bathroom with toilet. For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linen as well as water, electricity and heating consumption are included. Baby equipment (bed, high chair) can be delivered on request. The cottage is exclusively reserved for customers with a rental contract. No other outside person is authorized without the prior agreement of the owners. The use of the swimming pool is also and exclusively reserved for customers and owners of the gîte.
