Congratulations! You have completed your journey of searching for a peaceful and charming stay and found this fairytale cottage "Blue Magnolia".
This beautiful, newly renovated cottage is equipped with brand new furniture and designer linen. This is an ideal getaway for couples, groups of friends, or families looking for a relaxing few days to unwind and refresh. The house has three levels and sleeps eight people. You will have access to the entire house.
The space
The layout is as follows:

Ground floor:
* Large game room, that has a pull/out queen size sofa with gel mattress, a convertible pool/ ping pong table, Samsung 50 inch 4K crystal TV, electronic dartboard and plenty of board games
* Queen size bedroom with aloe Vera gel mattress
* half Bathroom
* laundry room with smart washer/drier units.

Second floor:
* large, open concept living room with decorative (NOT WORKING) stone fireplace and Samsung 43 inch 4K crystal TV
* separate dining area for 8 people
* stainless steel kitchen with marble countertops, breakfast bar and plenty of cabinetry, 4 burner propane stove with oven, French door refrigerator with extra freezer drawer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee/tea station, toaster, waffle maker, pots/pans/cooking utensils, tableware and silverware
* full bathroom
* huge front porch, which has a large patio table that seats 6 with additional seating space, a covered Canopy swing with 3 seats, a propane grill (with a direct propane line, so you never run out of gas while grilling).
* Large back porch

Third floor:
* master bedroom with king size bed/aloe Vera gel mattress
* Queen size bedroom with aloe Vera gel mattress and reading area
* Large balcony with breakfast table + 2 chairs
* Full size master bathroom

In addition to 3 outdoor spaces there is a huge, paved fire pit area in the backyard with plenty of seating in the middle of the beautiful trees. The parking is on site in the driveway.
Guest access
You can drive, or bike around the neighborhood. Speed limit is 25 mph inside the community and it is strictly enforced. Private parking is in the driveway.
Other things to note
The community policy requires each guest to be registered at least 4 days prior to the stay. We will assist with filling out and submitting the form to the main office.

*Daily passes are required to use the amenities. Daily Passes = weekdays $4, weekend and holidays $6 (per day, per person). Weekly Passes = non-holidays $20, holiday week $25 (per week, per person)
