● All guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 2 days before check-in.
● Guests booking with us acknowledge that the property offers direct lake access without a fence or lifeguard present.
● By booking, you agree to release us from any liability.

● Life jackets required at all times on the lake

Parking
● Parking available for a maximum of 5 vehicles

Policies
● No fireworks
● No smoking inside the home
● No events, parties, or large gatherings
● Must be 26 or older to book; no groups of young adults under 26 years old

Pets
● $150 flat fee for dogs, maximum of 2 dogs
● No other pets allowed
● Must provide age and breed at booking
● Dogs must be fully house-trained; puppies not allowed
● Dogs must not be left unattended inside
● All outdoor droppings must be picked up
