"The place was great! Annie was awesome to work with. It's a beautiful quiet lake. I've been coming to this lake for years. But first time staying here. We loved it. Plenty of room for everyone. There is no Internet, but it was actually kinda nice. Took the kids sometime to get used to that . It was fun watching DVD's and VHS with the kids.Great beach area and dock to enjoy. "Great location. Close to the little town of Curtis and Gould City. Close to an accessible ramp for our fishing boat. Perfect little get-a-way cottage. Communication with owners was very good, friendly & prompt. Small glitch with a popped breaker for hot water, very prompt & fast fix. Very nice fire pit with chairs & tables. The grill was in a good location, easy to use and nice and clean. It was really nice to grill a few meals outside. We are looking forward to another stay next year....

"This home was perfect for our family! Very open and spacious! The porch was perfect for morning coffee while the kids ran around the yard and played! Our evenings were spent in the spacious living room where everyone could sit in the living room and chitchat about our adventures from the day. Most importantly this home was very accessible for our 6 year old who suffers from cerebral palsy. We felt like we were at home and could relax and enjoy our vacation!"

"I still consider this a 5 star stay but there are some things I think would be helpful for future guests. 1) There is no place to put anything. No dressers, nor usable closets, no space in the bathroom for anything. You will live out of your suitcase and because there is no room for that either, you will have to get everything put away each time you use it. 2) similar to the above, because the kitchen is well stocked with basic essentials, there is nowhere to put food away. "This cottage is a jewel…tucked away on quiet Indian Point, it’s roomy and has one of the best equipped and outfitted kitchens on the island. "The house was very clean and cozyCentrally located for excursions to pictured rocks and beaches. We visited the wildlife reserve didn’t see much wild life but it’s a beautiful location. We also took a canoe trip down the manistique river where I fell in the river. Very challenging river to navigate.The only thing missing is a washer and dryer.We had a great time and would visit again."
