Welcome to our family home located in Gouaux, a mountain village overlooking the Aure valley. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Arbizon and the Adet flat both in the living areas and on the outdoor terrace.
This architect's house on the mountainside built on several levels will allow you to enjoy the sunshine throughout the day.
The house is ideally located 10 minutes from the centre of Arreau, 15 minutes from St Lary village and 25 minutes from Loudenvielle, allowing you a wide range of activities. The charming village of Gouaux also knows how to be welcoming, with its many hiking departures and its goat farm which offers direct sales.

One of the major assets of the house is its veranda which offers a breathtaking view of the entire valley and the surrounding peaks. You will find a table football in this veranda. A few steps up, the living space consists of an open kitchen with a high table, a dining room and a living room with a wood stove. Half a level up is the family suite consisting of a large bedroom with a 160cm bed, a small children's bedroom with a 90cm bed and a cot. The suite continues with a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower.
A half landing above brings you into the office area, completed by a bedroom with a 160cm bed.
On the upper floor you will find a bedroom with a 160cm bed, and an attic mezzanine with a 140cm bed. Access to the mezzanine is via a miller's ladder which will not be suitable for the little ones. A bathroom with bathtub, a shower room and a toilet are also located on this level.
Finally, a last bedroom completes the house on the top floor with two single beds.

The outdoor area consists of a small shaded terrace, a large garden with trees and a large terrace where you can enjoy the panoramic view while preparing a barbecue or playing a game of ping pong.
On the street side, a parking lot allows you to park three cars.PGJyPgPGJyPg
Sheets and towels are provided, cleaning is also included but we will ask you to leave the house tidy, the dishes done and the bins emptied.
Access to the house will be through a key box. Please note that pets are not allowed, and that due to the stairs the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
