"I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!"

"The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. I can’t really speak to the second morning’s breakfast as the 1st was...

"We have stayed at this property previously and had up until now found it to be clean and well maintained. On this occasion however we were distressed to find bed bugs. When we went to the front desk we were told there was no other room we could be moved to as the hotel was full. Were also told that there was no cleaning staff to clean the room. We were given extra bedding "to put over top" until the room could be cleaned the next day. We won't be staying here again."

"Warning: Valet parking is essentially your only parking option. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and clearly very new. However, some of the challenges that come with a newly opened property affected our stay. We stayed for nearly a week and did not receive housekeeping service a single time. I called multiple times, and while the front desk staff were polite and apologetic, the issue was never fully resolved. "We found bed bugs on the linens / beds!! It`s such a disgusting experience. It was Christmas Eve, December 24th and, instead of checking in and going out tohave dinner and celebrate, we found ourselves waiting for the housekeeping to come and change everything on our beds, including the mattress cover and duvet cover."
