Forest trails and hiking routes start right outside the door, and just 150 meters away you’ll find a lake with a dog-friendly swimming area—perfect for letting your dog run around and cool off after a hike in the mountains. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is just a short walk away.
The apartment itself offers 53 m² on one level: a cozy living room with a sofa area, flat-screen TV, and Blu-ray player; a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop and oven; and a dining area. The bedroom features a spacious double bed (180x200 cm)—and the sofa bed in the living room provides an additional sleeping option. A bathroom with a shower and a separate guest restroom ensure your comfort.
From the covered balcony, complete with balcony furniture, you can enjoy the view of the greenery while your four-legged friend dozes contentedly beside you.
