"We loved the hot tub, the porch and the cabin. We loved venturing to Goshen and Elkhart and visiting the towns. There was a coffee table with lighting above that was perfect for our puzzle! We were looking for an isolated cabin, and this is not that, but it was very nice and the beds were super comfy."

"Old college friends meeting up once a year for antiquing, no cooking, no husbands and lots of conversation. We enjoyed a two night stay. Plenty of space for 2. Each of us had our own bed and full bath (up bath is a shower only). One of each on the main floor and in the basement. Minimal but nice decor. Wished we brought binoculars. Pretty view of the lake. A decent walk to the dock. Mown path. A killer climb back up if you have sciatica and bad knees. We didnt spend much time in the back....

"We stayed here because mother inlaw lives right around the corner and she had a zoo full. Was nice when the rain hit we were close enough to come back to our place and get peace from everybody else. Slept in the front room and felt like I was being peeped on all weekends with no curtains."

"Overall, we had a great experience staying here. The location is great, right next to Barbee Lake, also near Warsaw and Winona Lake. There is a very nice bar & grill restaurant right next door on the lake, and another restaurant in the hotel just down the road. The house was very easy to check into. There were no checkout instructions, which did make us wonder what was expected of us, so we just did our best to clean up after ourselves. Something else that we really appreciated was the game room...

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were terrible and offered no support. There was a nice variety of foods offered for breakfast but the coffee was lukewarm at best. There was no hot water for showers. If you get up before 6am you will have some warm water if you are very quick about it. Overall, the cleanliness gets the most stars. "
