"There was no hot water at the property. No sugar or milk was available on arrival. Owner was contacted multiple times on however messages were being read but no response. The staff tried to assist however as the owner was not available they were limited with what they could do.a refund was also requested for part of the stay due to the issues however the owner again did not respond"

"This place is running a bait and switch operation. We booked a room for 5 people, since the listing said there were 5 beds and it could accommodate up to 10 people. But when our group of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) showed up, they were told they get 1 room with 1 bed. Our group was then repeatedly harassed until we paid for another room in order to not have all 5 in 1 bed. "Site states it provides free shuttle to and from airport. But staff will try and chest you for 35 usd each way .. in cash ... Had to waste hours with Expedia still site refused tunyil I ask for charge machine and a recite. Too which they finally agree to derive.. do not trust or book. "

"Lovely people but the place is run down and the room had very old linens- towels that probably can never be white again. I was afraid to use them. Breakfast was like anything one would make at home except not even like that. Disappointing experience"
