Gute Kommunikation mit Paula und reibungsloser Check-In bzw. Abreise.Das Haus liegt natürlich ein wenig außerhalb (ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich) und direkt angrenzend befindet sich ein Bauernhof.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus sehr empfehlen."

"Eine wirklich großartige Unterkunft für alle, die wie wir mit einer großen Gruppe (ob Familie oder Freunde) gemeinsam Urlaub machen wollen. Hier findet jeder seinen Platz, ob am Pool, beim Volleyball auf dem Rasen oder ruhigen Lesen hinterm Haus. Und dank der guten Verkehrsanbindung sind Tagesausflüge ans Meer oder andere schöne Ort in Istrien auch gut möglich (30-60 Minuten Fahrzeit je nach Ziel)."

"We werden heel gastvrij met een borrelplank en frisdrank/water ontvangen wat heerlijk was na de lange reis. Huis was brandschoon. Mooie terrassen met fantastisch uitzicht. Eigenaresse woonde er naast en was makkelijk bereikbaar voor vragen. We kregen regelmatig fruit (vijgen/pruimen) uit de tuin en ook uit de moestuin kregen we veel eten aangeboden (paprika’s , tomaten), heel lief.Het huis ligt wel relatief ver van grote supermarkten, maar met de auto was het allemaal goed te doen. "Die Villa war genau wie beschrieben. Abgelegen in den Bergen, aber in ca. 20 - 30 min hat man alles erreichen können. Durch Ronald war das einchecken super einfach. Auch sein Vater, der uns eingewiesen hat war sehr nett und freundlich. Beide konnten deutsch, was es super einfach machte. Ein zweiter Schlüssel fürs Haus war ebenfalls kein Problem. Auch Ausflugstipps etc. haben wir bekommen. Wir haben zu Anfang Geschenke (Teller mit Wurst und Käse und auch selbstgebrannten Schnaps und Wein)...

"Villa Maria ist ein wunderschönes, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail restauriertes und dekoriertes Haus.Am Ende einer Sackgasse in einem winzigen Dorf gelegen, kann man dort wirklich die Ruhe genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. "Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles ist neu, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Bis zum Meer sind es knapp 15 min Autofahrt. Der Pool ist super, wenn die Sträucher rechts und links mal ordentlich gewachsen sind, ist der Blick zu den Nachbar auch nicht mehr vorhanden. "

"Hotel antigo mas muito bem conservado e confortável. Limpo e de fácil acesso para quem viaja de carro. Estacionamento no local. Fica próximo à fronteira da Itália e da Croácia, o que é bastante interessante. O café da manhã é bom e o jantar tem pratos do dia a um preço acessível."

"Fizemos a reserva desse hotel porque tinha nota 10. Mas desde a chegada não foi isso que vimos. Nos colocaram num quarto em um prédio anexo, sem elevador e somente acesso por escada. Quarto minúsculo para um hotel com nota tão elevada. Ar condicionado desligado e tivemos que dormir de janela aberta, entretanto, abaixo do nosso quarto tinha uma festa com uma música alta até de madrugada. Foi uma noite desagradável. O hotel não estava cheio. Se esse hotel tivesse realmente interesse que seus hóspedes tivessem uma boa experiência, remanejem a distribuição dos quartos para os melhores. Café bom.
