"Everything was amazing. The house was clean, the fire place was gorgeous and kept us warm. My son wanted everything snow so he played outside (there was a lot of it lol) we went snow mobiling, on the snow coach, tubing, ice castles, all in a decent radius. We had fun as a family and just relaxed in the mountains it was overall a great experience for us and very very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. It’s been quiet and peaceful and relaxing. "

"The cabin was cozy! We brought sleeping bags to keep warm since the temp was in the 40s at night. We especially loved sitting on the porch and watching the birds & sitting by the fire pit! It was nice to read the journal from previous guests & the welcome book had lots of local recommendations which was helpful since we didn’t have cell service. The hike up to the tower was fun, though very steep!! Overall a great stay & we hope to come again!"

"My husband and I rented this cabin for our anniversary and it was everything we were looking for. It was cozy and warm, bed was comfortable, and the hot tub was wonderful and our favorite part of the stay. The location was also super convenient as it was right off a main road and easy to find, but still very quiet. We would definitely love to stay again!"

"What an amazing stay! The house is right on the river as pictured and even in the bitter cold is such a treat to wake up to listening to that river flow outside. It's on a private road and so serene! The house is so well organized and labeled to assist with operating anything and everything including the pizza oven, sauna, hot tub and more. Just overall a great stay! We hope to come back in the summer to take advantage of more of the outdoor amenities including the fire pit! "

"Good communication before check and everything worked well inside the condo. The bunk beds are in a loft area so there is no closing that area off if you have kids and wanted to stay up later and watch TV. Could use a few more pot and pans for cooking. Overall this is a great rental in a good location that I would recommend to anyone skiing in the area. "

"We had a great stay in the cabin. Me and my friends rented for a weekend to ski at Bretton Woods, and the location is excellent (5 minutes)! Very close and easy to arrive at. The Cabin space is good, there is a big shared room for 6-8 people on the top floor. The temperature inside the cabin on ground level was ok since the tiles floor make it colder. "We loved the location of 40 PL. It was tucked off of the main road, and felt like we were truly in the woods! The cabin is spacious and more than enough room for four adults and medium size dog. The location to hiking trails and Mt Washington Cog Railway was ideal. We even enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit! We would absolutely consider returning to this property."
