"Location was great for our travel plans. Easy to find and get to. Our upstairs room was lovely, however the stairs were not ideal (we are in our 70’s ) for carrying luggage. Website said there was an elevator but we couldn't find it. We stayed in the main house which is also lovely. Property was lovely. Check-in was easy although there were no staff which is stated on the website. There was a sign posted in the kitchen about ‘due to staff shortages’….so we completely passed on breakfast...

"We did not stay at Days Inn, Tuscaloosa, because when we got there at 1:30 am, the hotel was CLOSED. No arrangements had been made for us to stay somewhere else. We were sent to a Microtel across town that no longer exists. The night watchman or whoever he was tried to contact another hotel but could get no answer. We finally found another hotel on our own, that was not worth the money we paid, for the rest of that night. The next day Days Inn arranged for us to stay at Microtel, Cottondale,...

" had an overall okay stay at this hotel. The exterior of the property is well maintained, and the lobby looked and smelled clean when I arrived. Check‑in was smooth, and the woman at the front desk was very kind and cordial. She did everything she could to assist me with the issue I experienced. "Parking was easy. The AC Unit was loud and very disturbing when it kicked on, the bathtub was pretty gross. I originally booked a room with 1 King Bed, when I called on my way to confirm my room, as I was arriving late, I was told the King Bed rooms were filled. Which was fine b/c my daughter ended up wanting to stay in the room, but when I got there .. even though they already filled my reserved King Bed Room, they charged me more money for the room with 2 beds ... Bad Business"
