"Really cute property and cottage. Shame on the person with a big dog and didn’t pick up in our yard I had to and it was even at the dumpster. Not fault of yours."

"We had a good stay at this little spot. Very clean little cottage had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive to every interaction and very helpful! The only negative is the location. I’m not familiar with Rockport. It seemed like it was going to be closer to beach access. It was a long way from the beach. Otherwise a great little spot. "

"Only reason some reviews received 4 was it was dark. the stair lights were very dim. You couldn’t see the steps. I did report it as soon as we checked in. Hope they get it fixed for safety. As for the condo it was nice. we will return. We enjoy the easy access to the fishing dock. "

"Had a great time. Communication with the owners was great and helped us when we needed it. Place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Definately accommodated to what we came down for! Kids were happy and us too!"

"We had a great time. The house was amazing. Perfect location. So much room. Decor was cute. Very cute neighborhood. We have a family house in Aransas but needed more room to fit everyone that was staying at the coast for the weekend. I’d definitely stay there again! "

"The location of the property is great. The home looked just like the pictures it was beautiful. The owner goes above and beyond by providing items you wouldn’t have thought to pack on a trip such as board games coffee, outdoor equipment for fishing and beach, fun, etc. overall, the home was found to be clean except for the shower, which had hair all in it from the previous person who stayed there. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Perfect location!"

"Contrary to many other reviews, we found our room to be clean and easy to access. It looked as if it had been recently painted and had new flooring. The contental breakfast was straight forward contental- cereal, toast, and freshly (self-made) waffles. Coffee, water, and juices available. Ended up being a quick spot to stay at and was good for the price."
