"If I could give more stars I would! This is a total experience. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. They are so happy to share their piece of paradise with others. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place. Birders, this is located in the bog with great birds waiting right outside your door! "Absolutely perfect place to stay. We had the best weekend reconnecting with nature; canoeing the Mississippi river, hiking the nearby 5x state parks. The yurt was spacious yet cozy. We were always comfortable during both the warm daytime and when it cooled off at night. "We stayed at Dante's house for 3 nights in August and it was a blast. The house was well kept and had plenty of space for our family of 13. "We enjoyed our stay. Property has been updated nicely inside. Everything you need in the kitchen for making meals. Our only "negatives" were that we came with a decent size fishing boat and then also a second car. Just tight for parking...we were always moving a vehicle. "We stayed in the property for my son’s fishing tournament. It worked well for us with the main bedroom and upper level with two twin beds plus the pull out. This is a shared property with other campers/ cabins, just an an FYI, but it was quiet and had nice shared amenities. Free kayaks and floaties, plus docks for boats.
