"I was looking for a place to stay near Liberty Tree Farm that had a nice kitchen for food preparation. Banner Cottage had a well-equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the back deck and browsing through the many shops in Stockholm! The earplugs that were made available by the property manager were much appreciated with the nearby train tracks. Thank you!"

"We all had an amazing time in such a beautiful location. Very secluded with a wonderful fire pit. Although we did not have a fire. We did enjoy the hot tub very much. The grill was awesome to use and the chairs on the deck were were terrific. We especially love the springed in court. The best part about this place was the fact that was the first time we could all sit around the table together and have a meal without taking turns. Even the door is cute! "Golf trip with some buddies. We had a great time playing golf in the Lake City area, and the house was awesome for that. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and relax in the evenings. I could highly recommend this to anyone staying in Lake City. Thanks again. DP"

"We stayed here for a girlfriends 3 night weekend get away. We really enjoyed Vern's cabin !!The cabin had everything we needed. It is very peaceful and serene there. We really enjoyed the patio for coffee in the morning, the fire pit at night, and watching the river. We saw & heard lots of birds, eagles & Blue Herons....Bunnies and a big turtle too. The cabin is not fancy but it is perfect for a get away. Redwing is right there and we had a lot of fun shopping, eating out, and checking out...

"We had a great stay at this property. Bright and spacious with plenty of area to relax and play. The front porch overlooking the river was a hit. The kids loved watching the trains go by and playing at the beach across the street. Easy check-in and check-out and very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The best part of the property are the views. We watch ot on the water for hours with the binoculars that were provided.The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was clean and nicely furnished.The parking is tricky when you first arrive without the garage opener as you need to have the garage open already before pulling in.The home is on a busy road as well as rail road tracks but that didnt bother us.We enjoyed our stay"

It’s become for us, our home away from home, a place where our shoulders go down the moment we arrive. The owners are incredibly kind and thoughtful in how they prepare for and communicate with guests. It’s always clean and furnished in a way that lends itself to good sleep and relaxation. It’s also conveniently located, within a few blocks of campus, the Weitz Center, or downtown....

"My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home overlooking the Mississippi river. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The home has lots of space, high end appliances, and comfortable furnishings. We had a great time exploring nearby Red Wing, and stopping for a drink at Mr. Sippi just down the road. We are already planning our next visit! "
