Complex "S’Abba e Sa Pedra" was built on the coastline and just 2.7 km from the center of Golfo Aranci. It consists of apartments of various sizes with mostly breathtaking panoramic views of the sea.

A short distance away there is a bar and the "Da Andrea" Pizzeria/Restaurant, a supermarket and shops just over a kilometer away.
Two sandy beaches are just in front of the complex, while Baia Caddinas beach is a 5 min walking distance (200 meters).
The “S’Abba and Sa Pedra” complex is 8 km from Porto Rotondo and 15 km from Olbia (port and airport). It is recommended to have a car or a motorbike to easily reach the center of Golfo Aranci and other services.
Elegant apartment completely renovated in 2017 consisting of two comfortable double bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, large living room, kitchen and beautiful terrace with sea view. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults, and is equipped with all comforts including satellite television, dishwasher, washing machine. The apartment also have free internet wifi and air conditioning in the living room and in the corridor which also refreshes the bedrooms. Pets are not allowed.

N.B.: The opening of the swimming pool is established on 1st May but may be subject to variations based on particular climatic conditions. The pool closes on October 30th.
