This level also features two double bedrooms, each with its own shower, bidet, and toilet, as well as an exit to the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer. The lower ground floor, accessible by an exterior staircase, offers one double bedroom without a window, and one room with two beds, also without a window. There is an additional shower, bidet, and toilet on this level.
