"Excellent , perfect add on to my Charleston french quarter trip. Beware the bad reviews are old, for a minute I was in doubt and after was very happy I made it. The hotel was renovated recently. Staff was extremely friendly starting from Holly at front desk and Lucas and Lucy at lodge and helping around. I was recovering from a broken foot and they made their best to acomodate my needs. "My complaint was some of the things I expected weren’t in the kitchen. Only a few dishes for example, no dish cloth to wash the dishes. The toilet seat was broken. Shampoo, but no body was in the dispensers. Only on hook in the bathroom. I love the concept of this suite but poorly executed."

"The staff was excellent! They were some of the best we have ever dealt with. The room was good, not great and there were some areas that needed cleaning that we did ourselves, the bed was aweful. It had a dip in the middle and my wife and I both felt as though we never got a good night sleep. The kitchen seemed to have all a person needednif tou were inclined to eat in, which we didn't.
