"Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, so cooking there was easy! The outdoor space was nice for relaxing. 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach...

"The host was the incredibly communicative. The property was clean, beautiful, and in a great location to a walk to the beach and playground in about ten minutes. Would consider staying again if returning to Santa Barbara and would certainly recommend to other families and relaxing beach trips."

"The home was pretty dirty in a lot of corners and areas and every fixture was falling apart. Multiple outlets didn’t work. The outdoor area was a mess so you couldn’t sit anywhere. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels. All of the pots pans and utensils were disgusting looked like they hadn’t been washed and the dishwasher was so gross we couldn’t use it. We paid way too much to stay here we should’ve stayed at a hotel instead."

"Pros: location is everything here at this home. Friendly and helpful host. We visited during summer and the property does not have AC and I asked for more working fans to be delivered and the host got them to us, which was of course wonderful! Cons: the house is a bit outdated and drainage smell needs to be addressed from sinks and showers. One bathroom does not have windows so it was hard to ventilate.I think it’s a good for resting your head while spending time in SB!"

"The property was adequate for a gals trip, conveniently located to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Furnishings a bit dated and dark. We didn’t spend much time there, as we were exploring. A great price for a 4 bedroom."

"The home was beautiful and well maintained, full of amenities and everything you’d need on your stay. Unfortunately though, it is not suited as a landing base for a family trip. We used this beautiful space to get ready for our wedding as my husband and I have large immediate families and lots of moving parts but it’s best to spend the extra money and use a hotel where you have more flexibility with strict host rules even though you’d compromise on space. "This house worked out really well for our family group of 7. Big kitchen, plenty of living space, three bathrooms. We enjoyed walking a few minutes down to the Shoreline Park and to Jeanine’s (30 minute walk) for breakfast. It was also great to have our family dog with us."
