"Outstanding apartment! Simple and elegant, fully equiped, large bathroom, nice diming table and just right next to the beach! The staff (Johann) was really welcoming and explained a lot about the history of the village, which is a pearl: quiet, nice typical architecture, smiling inhabitants: the kind of place you leave altrady plannibgctovrwturn! "Das Hotel ist neu, allerdings auch noch im Bau! Wir wollten an den Strand und mussten über eine Baustelle laufen. Wir bekamen auch ein Zimmer mit nicht so schönem Blick auf Rohre, Planen usw. - hier hätte das Hotel uns echt mal ein schönes Zimmer geben können, da wirklich kaum Gäste dort waren. Die Preise des Restaurants sind viel zu hoch! Spa-Bereich war noch nicht geöffnet und im Zimmer sind überall QR-Codes aufgestellt, mit den Preisen für die Annehmlichkeiten. Das die Minibar etwas kostet...

"As a family of 4, it was great to have room to spread out after the smaller spaces in Reykjavik. You can walk to the grocery store and food hall. The river outside is so beautiful and peaceful, especially after checking out tourist attractions all day. The apartment was fantastic!"

"We found the apartment’s lighting was too dark because of dark color of walls and not enough of lighting fixtures. Besides the fixtures are spot lights type so that certain areas were not covered. No headboard lights. The room is quite decent and very clean. Ample space for two people. Location is quite good, closes to the freeway leading to downtown Reykjavik."
