We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ultra! Centrally located within easy walking distance of cafes, beaches and shopping. Our unit looked to have brand new carpeting and was tastefully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome pack in our room with some nibbles and water such a thoughtful gesture. Only downside to our stay was the hot tub wasn't hot- luke warm which was a bit disappointing but by no means would stop us from staying there again. Highly recommend for couples or families

Very good location and facilities. We swam everyday in the heated lap pool. Only downside is an appartment building is in progress beside the pool which the apartments look over. This will go on for a couple of years. They did not work weekends, but best to contact property to see how much the noise and view will be impacted b4 you go. At this stage foundations are being prepared. Also worth noting l, the apartment could have been cleaner. Housekeeping had not vacummed behind the bed, *very dusty)and the room refresh done after our first week of stay was superficial. Accommodation is not cheap. Given the building works, a discount should apply with full disclosure of what to expect.

Amazing place to stay. Walking distance to great place to eat and things to do. Although there is construction next door atm it didn’t impact our stay at all. Keen to return.

Outstanding property! Beautiful views, modern, and walking distance to the hot spots in Broadbeach. Ultra has an unobstructed view of the sea making it the mornings and evening breath taking. Worth every penny!

Great ocean view and quiet and clean, but had some problems with the apartment - tv not working due to antenna not being connected, vacuum cleaner was not sucking and toilet cistern was not filling with water. However, these issues were quickly attended to and fixed.

Love Love Love. We stayed in a 2-bedroom ocean view room and wow. Spacious, clean, stunning view. The room had everything we needed inc. deep bath, dryer, washing machine, great kitchen. The parking was easy and the spa, pool, sauna were all amazing. Highly recommend. We have no complaints except that we had to leave eventually...

Great place to stay. Close to pacific fair for shopping, Coles for goods and dozens of cafes and restaurants. Ultra is a quiet,clean and well managed apartment block. Views of Gold Coast and ocean are great to enjoy on private balcony

We arrived from Perth to the Gold Coast quite early and was able to check in at about 10.30am. The receptionist was lovely and the room was great and spacious. So true to the pictures and videos that are on the Ultra Website. We were also fortunate to have a late checkout. The staff were always welcoming too. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is wanting to go to the Gold Coast. My partner and I if we do go back to the Gold Coast will definitely be booking this hotel again. Will be recommending to family and friends too. Thank you 😊

トラムの終点でバスの発着の起点でもあるBroad beach south駅から徒歩5分ほどと近くとても便利な立地です。 ビーチもショッピングモールやレストランエリアも近く長期滞在や買い物や食事にも便利です。 施設はとても綺麗なアパートメントタイプで部屋はリビングダイニング、キッチン、寝室、応接室！？のようなスペースと別になってそれぞれが広く、バルコニーにもテーブルセットがあり、海を眺めながらの食事が部屋で出来ました。 キッチンにはコンロ、オーブン、電子レンジ、大型冷蔵庫、食洗器等一通り揃っていますし、洗濯機乾燥機もありますので、長期滞在にも適しております(スポンジ、ふきん、食洗器用洗剤、洗濯洗剤も少量ですがありました)。 また、リーズナブルな「ガーデンビュー」での予約でしたが恐らく「オーシャンビュー」へのアップグレードを”さりげなく”していただいたようで、とても有意義な滞在が出来ました。 ギブアウェイでキッチンカウンターにポテトチップスやポップコーン等が置いてあり、気配りも感じられる施設でした。 個人的に気になる点としては寝室とバスルームの窓的なものがウッド素材のブラインドカーテンのみでガラスがなく、バスタブにお湯を張ると湿気が寝室に流れますし、遮音性がないです。ガラスで囲われたシャワーブースはバスルーム内にあります。 また、長期滞在の場合は洗剤類、コンドミニアムタイプの為トイレットペーパーは補充がないと思われるので持参をした方がいいかと思います。特にトイレットペーパーは日本よりも高額なので。 部屋はゆったり、立地も最高、専用駐車スペースも付いていて、それでいてリーズナブル。 ゴールドコースト滞在を満喫させていただける素敵なアコモデーションでした。 また是非滞在させていただきたいと思います。

Ultra is in a great location, the facilities were clean and modern, the only thing that lets this place down is the age of the apartments. The furniture and walls had marks, the chrome in the sinks and basins were discoloured. The doors were hard to close, but overall the apartment was clean and had great views but just needed a bit of maintenance.

Probably won't go back.
There is a large building site next door where high rise units are being built. We heard the work man each morning start at 6.20am. There were empty bottles under the lounge and bed (which weren't ours). The wifi was patchy. The car space allocated to our unit had another car in it for the entire duration of our stay. The location was handy but with so many options, we probably won't stay there again.

We were lucky enough to get an apartment on the 22nd floor so the views were amazing. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. Beds were super comfy. Would recommend highly. Uber drivers found us easily.

Great place.
This is an excellent property brilliantly run. New, clean, easy walk to the beach and Pacific Fair. The parking garage has no exit signs. Pool area is great. The gym feels a bit dated. All in all excellent.
