Surfers Regatta Waters - Pet-Friendly Private Oasis

So what do you need? A one or two bedroom Villa? If you only require a one bedroom we can lock the second bedroom and you will get the Villa for a cheaper rate. (The listing price currently is for a two bedroom Villa). Ask us for a quote as we understand everyone has different needs and requirements. The cleaning rate differs too - depending on your length of stay and if pets holidayed too!

Nestled amongst beautiful waterfront homes on the Nerang River you'll find a secluded piece of accommodation paradise.

With easy access to Surfers Paradise, only a 20 min walk or 5 min drive, or 2 min walk to private Regatta Parade beach for a swim, picnic or dog walk.

Fully self contained Villa with full kitchen, laundry, dining and outdoor deck completely enclosed with own key pad entry gate. There is parking on the street right outside the entry gate which is free on street parking.

A 10 min walk to Gold Coast City Council's Evandale Park for free BBQ, fresh water lake swimming, playgrounds, exercise equipment trail and offering beautiful views of Surfers Paradise.

The cities HOTA (Home of the Arts) is also located here with movie theatres, live entertainment and café for your enjoyment. Why not enjoy dinner and a show or movie?

Local shopping centres, restaurants and bars are also walking distance to both Chevron Island and Southport Park shopping centres.

Your accommodation is a two bedroom Villa boasting a brand new kitchen with all new appliances, including microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher.

The kitchen, dining and lounge are all in the one room which has air-conditioning and there is a SMART TV, DVD player for your use to log into NETFLIX AND STAN. There is also a desk with lamp for your computer or laptop.

Off the front door is a timber deck perfect for evening drinks and nibbles or a BBQ.

You can enjoy a beautifully renovated bathroom with separate toilet, large laundry with new washing machine and dryer that exit to outside private clothes line and pet enclosure.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Bedroom 2 has king split beds that may be made up as a king or 2 singles. There is air-conditioning in Bedroom 1 however it is powerful enough to cool both bedrooms. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans, wardrobes and chest of drawers.

There is a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Our Pet guests love it here and also enjoy the dog friendly park a very short distance from the Villa. There is a charge to bring your pet.

Be assured that the carpets in the bedrooms are shampooed after every stay.

When we first opened the door to this property, our first impression was " What a beautiful and clean home!" The very thoughtful touches the owners have put in to welcome us and even our 2 doggies was lovely and cute. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Highly recommend this property with family/friends and your furbabaies. The house was exceptionally clean, and the host even provided white wine and snacks. The bed was comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the kitchen was well-organized with all the necessary utensils. The garden was neat and beautiful. The host paid attention to every detail in the house. The location was also excellent, with many great restaurants nearby. They even provided treats for my three small dogs, which was a thoughtful touch

So easy, so cosy! Everything thought of and more (treats for our stay for family and doggo) Great base for all our activities in Surfers Paradise, Theme parks and walks. Excellent info of local spots and tourist brochures. Our dog loved all the off-leash parks (down the road, Cheveron Island, The Spit and Palm Beach) We had the most relaxing time. Karyn, our host, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We stayed 5 nights and highly recommend.

We stayed for 4 night for our wedding with our 2 small dogs. The house was nice and clean with everything we needed and very secure with a lockable front gate plus side gate to keep the dogs out of the front area while we were out. We had a warm welcome card waiting for us too. Karyn was always available if we needed any infomation and it was just a lovely home to stay in. :)

This is the prototype property that I want for all my stays. Perfect bedroom and bathroom for personal comfort. Bathroom was spacious and away from the toilet. Next to that were 2 full size Washer & Dryer appliances. At the front of the house was a Great Room that contained the Kitchen, Eating area and Family room. Fairly large yard outside that had the gas BBQ and eating area. Very close to shopping, Chevron Island (walking distance), Surfers Paradise (the beach), Sea World, Observation Tower. Took a day trip to Tamborine Mt (worth seeing). The absolute best hosts that you could ask for. DO NOT PASS THIS STOP OFF.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa near Surfers Paradise with our 2 Border Collies. The villa is beautifully presented and maintained, very pet friendly and so close to everything. It is extremely well appointed with everything provided to make your stay comfortable and easy. We would highly recommend this property and will certainly be returning in the future. A big thanks to owners Karyn & Gary for creating such an amazing place families with pets can stay at.

Exceptional. Karyn was extremely prompt with our communication and answered all queries in a very professional manner. The location was central with close access to sporting facilities, restaurants, parkland and dog friendly beaches. A great location to recharge your batteries. My fur babies were very comfortable and secure. We will be back and would highly recommend 🌸

Beautiful area, quiet friendly neighbourhood. We had our golden retriever Amy stay and she loved it. Karyn had the home perfectly clean , couldn’t be better. Will stay again and will recommend to family and friends. Lucky if you get to stay here.

Cannot fault the villa, the owners or the location. I wish I’d found this gem years ago. I’d baulked at holidaying with the dogs … our labrador is safe and secure here. We’ve found a number of cafes which welcome her (and children) and make great coffee. The villa is one block away from HOTA. We have discovered foot bridges between here and the villa. We did not want to leave!

This apartment was like a home away from home. The property was in good condition and the decor was homey and appealing. The hosts arranged the furniture to suit our needs. We really appreciated that the cupboards contained a variety of useful items to use during our stay e.g., extra towels and lots of kitchen equipment. My daughter borrowed a hat to wear when she found that she forgot hers. The property is close to bus stops and within walking distance to Southport. We would stay here again!
