The apartment features a comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom, providing ample space for a small family or a couple. For your convenience, there's a newly renovated bathroom and a laundry area located in the secure, lock-up garage. Wifi is now included - although you'll find plenty to do out and about in this vibrant coastal area.



Situated directly across from the renowned Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, you'll have easy access to incredible wildlife experiences, including daily bird-feeding. Plus, beautiful Currumbin beach is just a short stroll away, along with local shops, boutique stores, and charming cafes—all within walking distance. Venture down the iconic Oceanway path along the beachfront up to Palm Beach or down to Tugun and Kirra – this central Southern Gold Coast location will allow you to explore other suburbs.



Please note that the apartment is located up a short flight of stairs with no lift access, so it's best suited for guests who are comfortable with stairs.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.



In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.



Pets are not permitted at this property.
