From the moment you step through the door at San Simeon 33, you will be wowed by the spectacular ocean views.
San Simeon 33 is a bright 2-bedroom apartment, located on the fourth floor, offering a comfortable stay for up to 5 guests.
With resort facilities including beachfront pool, BBQ, tennis court and adults only rooftop spa and sauna, its perfect for your next family holiday!
After a big day in the sun, you can sit back and relax in the comfortable living area with smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.
The living area opens onto the beachfront balcony which offers sweeping ocean views north to Surfers Paradise. This is the perfect spot to enjoy sunset drinks or whale watch in winter.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays, including dishwasher. Prepare meals with ease while enjoying the ocean breeze.
The master bedroom has one queen bed, ensuite and juliette balcony. The second bedroom has a single bed, plus a set of single bunks and ensuite with shower over bath.
San Simeon 33 also offers a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer and separate powder room.
There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and a refreshing ocean breeze for year round comfort.
San Simeon is located on the absolute beachfront with resort facilities including beachfront pool, BBQ, tennis court and adults only rooftop spa and sauna. There is secure underground parking for one car.

Keys are to be collected and returned from our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 10 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
