Dear Ayesha Adhikari Re. your post 2/4/2024 about Palmerston Towerbasically you are breaching the house rules, not response to our message re. Bond requirement. you left the whole unit in a mess, rubbish not dump to garbage room as required. left plastic bag in the toilet bowl for housekeeping to fish it out. On top of that you are the one that left the hole on the lounge. Is that the reason you are terrified to provide your credit card details for Bond? you have indecent intention since the beginning.

As we are self contained apartments serviced weekly we provide the basic amenities upon arrival for guests convenience. Unfortunately we do not provide Shampoo and Conditioner. We apologise for the lamps and would encourage all guests to contact us for anything during their stay, particularly something that may have inconvenienced you that we can easily and happily rectify. As you can see from many of the new fittings the owner of this apartment has committed to updating the room and is in the process of obtaining quotes to fully renovate both bathrooms and should be completed shortly. This review is inaccurate as can be seen from our many lovely reviews from guests. We do have a zero tolerance for abuse to our property, ourselves and suspicious activity. The bond was released on the day of departure and we were threatened with a bad review unless we gave him an additional cash refund.

We do encourage anyone who has any problems to come and speak to us while they are here to see if we can resolve any immediate issues. We acknowledge your comments regarding the blinds in your particular apartment and have spoken to the owner who has been very receptive and is coming to stay with us next week to inspect for himself. Our apartments are fully self contained, we do provide a basic starter pack for guests convenience upon arrival, but guests are required to stock the rooms for themselves for the rest of their stay.
